This website is operated by Southborough Clothing AB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Southborough Clothing AB. Southborough Clothing AB offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

Order

When you have placed and completed your order you will receive an order confirmation to your email and/or phone. The confirmation will include information about the product/products you have ordered such as price, billing, and shipping information. If you have any questions or if there are any problems with your confirmation, please send us an email and we will be happy to help.

Rates

All prices on the website are stated in SEK. We reserve the right for price changes or errors in incorrect printing.

 

Product Information

Please be aware that we sell pre-worn clothing. We inspect all our products before posting them on the website. Any substantial flaws such as stain and wholes will be stated in the condition description of the product. The color of the product may differ due to lightning, photo quality and resolution. We always do our best in order to give you an accurate image and information about the products. Always feel free to ask us questions about size and color etc.

 

Complaints

If you would receive a product with flaws, which are not stated in the condition description, we will be responsible for the return cost. If this occurs, you must contact us by e-mail within 14 days for approval. You need our confirmation before returning the product. We reserve the rights to deny a compliant if it turns out the product does not have errors, or if the errors were stated in the condition description.

 

Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.

We take no responsibility for delays or errors that occurs due to circumstances out of our control (Force Majeure). This can for example be fire, labor conflict, war, government decisions, non-delivery or reduced from the supplier etc.

  • Shipping Company

For shipping purposes, we work with Postnord. To be able to deliver your orders we need to share specific information with the shipping company. This includes first name, last name, shipping address, e-mail and/or phone number.

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:

If a dispute between our company and a customer cannot be resolved in agreement, you as a customer can turn to the General Advertising Complaints Board, see arn.se.  

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Swedish law.
